Is Alethena Investment regulated?
Alethena Investment is operated by Equility AG, a company registered with the Commercial Registry of the Canton of Zug under CHE‑460.255.304. Company registration is not the same as a financial-services licence, and it does not by itself mean the platform is supervised by a financial regulator. Accounts and verification
How do I open an account?
Register with your email address, confirm it, and set a password. Enabling two-factor authentication takes about a minute and is strongly recommended.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Identity verification supports anti-money-laundering obligations and protects your account against impersonation. It must be complete before your first withdrawal.
How long does verification take?
Documents are reviewed by our team after upload. Your dashboard shows the current status of your submission — Pending, Approved, or Rejected with a reason — at any time.
Investing
What packages are available?
Package terms — minimums, rates, cycle lengths, and compounding — are published in full on the investment packages page.
Which cryptocurrencies can I use?
Supported deposit and withdrawal assets are listed on the investment packages page and shown in your dashboard when you transact.
How long does an investment cycle last?
The cycle length is set by the package you choose and is shown before you confirm. It is fixed to your contract at that moment.
Can my rate change after I commit?
No. Your rate and cycle are snapshotted when the contract is created. Later changes to published packages do not affect an existing contract.
What are daily trading signals?
While a contract is active, you receive one signal code per trading day by email. Entering it in your dashboard completes that day's confirmation. One signal is issued per account per UTC day — a limit enforced at the database level, so changing your device's timezone will not produce a second one.
What if I miss a day?
A signal is valid for its own trading day only. If you do not confirm it, that day's accrual is not released; a fresh signal is issued the next trading day. Your dashboard shows when the next one becomes available.
Can I compound?
On packages that permit it, you may roll principal and accrued profit into a new contract at maturity. Availability is shown per package on the packages page.
Money out
When can I withdraw?
Principal unlocks at maturity. Withdrawals are also subject to per-withdrawal minimums and waiting periods published on the packages page — your dashboard shows your status against each condition before you submit.
Can I withdraw before maturity?
Principal committed to a contract is locked for the cycle. Any early-exit provision is governed by your package terms.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Requests at or below the auto-approval threshold are processed automatically; larger requests are reviewed before release. The threshold in force is published on the packages page, and your request's status is visible in your dashboard throughout.
Are there fees?
Current fees are published on the packages page and shown on the confirmation screen before you complete a transaction. Blockchain network fees are set by the network, not by Alethena Investment.
Risk
Is my capital at risk?
Yes. Digital-asset investing places your capital at risk and returns are not guaranteed. You may lose some or all of the amount you commit. Please read the full Risk Disclosure.
Are my funds protected by a guarantee scheme?
No. Balances and returns on the platform are not protected by any deposit-guarantee or investor compensation scheme of the kind that applies to deposits at a licensed bank. If you cannot bear the loss of the amount you commit, do not commit it.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. The percentage attached to a package is a contractual target applied to your principal for the length of the cycle — not a forecast and not a promise of profit. Note also that package rates are quoted per cycle, not per year.
Security
How is my account protected?
Argon2id password hashing, optional time-based two-factor authentication, login rate limiting, session protection, and encrypted storage of sensitive data such as payout destinations and identity documents. See our technology page.
Will Alethena Investment ever ask for my password or 2FA code?
Never. Any message asking for your password, two-factor code, or wallet seed phrase is fraudulent, as is any request to send funds to a "verification" or "unlock" address. Do not act on it and report it to us.
How do I secure my account?
Use a strong, unique password not reused on any other service, enable two-factor authentication under Settings → Security, and verify every payout address before saving it.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page. A secure reset link is sent to your registered email address and expires shortly for your security.
Referrals
How do referral commissions work?
Share your referral link. When accounts you refer fund and invest, you earn commission across the configured levels, credited to your balance. The levels and percentages in force are published on the packages page.
Can I refer myself or create additional accounts?
No. One account per person. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and fabricated referrals used to satisfy withdrawal conditions or inflate commissions are prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of affected balances.

Investing through Alethena Investment places your capital at risk. Digital-asset markets are volatile and returns are not guaranteed. The rate attached to a package is a contractual target applied to your principal for the length of the cycle — it is not a forecast, a promise of profit, and it is not protected by any deposit-guarantee scheme. You may lose some or all of the amount you commit. Nothing on this website constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice.
